ABOUT KGI PROPERTIES KGI Properties, LLC ("KGI") was established to acquire and develop retail real estate across the northeastern United States. Since its inception in 2001, KGI has succesfully completed the development of approximately 2.2 million square feet of property at an aggregate cost in excess of $200 million. Completed projects include retail centers in Haverhill, Taunton, Stoughton, and Woburn, MA, and Hooksett, NH, Scarborough and Sanford, ME. KGI has many other projects in the pipeline throughout New England as well, including sites in CT (East Lyme), MA (Wayland), NH (Gorham and North Conway). KGI is vertically integrated with its own construction management and property management divisions. The property management division provides third party services as well, ultimately managing over 3.5 million square feet of property in RI, MA, CT, NH, and ME. KGI has offices in Providence, RI, Boston, MA, Woburn, MA, and Lebanon, NH. |
